This standard is intended to encompass safety, reduce greenhouse gas emission from vehicles, increase efficiency of freight movement, reduce fuel consumption and improved overall operations in the road freight transport, a sub-sector of logistics. This standard does not cover services related to the movement of people. This standard is applicable to all types of fleet operators and/or freight forwarders regardless of their size, type and activities. |
